Half Beef Share Information & Reservation
20 plus cuts come with a Half Beef Share including steaks, roasts, ground, and much more. When you reserve your half beef, John's Farm will contact you and help you organize a cutting order specific to your needs. A half beef is priced on processed weight which is the weight of the beef going into your freezer. The processed weight can only be determined after your beef is cut and packaged. There is a $100 harvest/transport fee added; we pay the processing fee. Estimated weight (your cutting order and size of calf determines total) is 235-255 lbs at $9.75/lb. $300.00 RESERVATION FEE for half beef; fee applied to final total. Nov/Dec processing/delivery.
