Wheat berries have a wide variety of uses; seed for planting, bird or hamster food, mill for flour to use in bread and pastries, cook for cereal or add cooked berries to salads, stir-fry, soups, rice and pasta, sprout berries to top salads or add to bread, grow wheat grass for juicing, smoothies, pet grass.
