INGREDIENTS
1 John's Farm Beef Round Roast
1 1/2 Cup Water
1/2 packet, Fairview's Best Chili Mix
DIRECTIONS
Thaw roast completely. To cooking pot (Dutch oven, crock-pot, instant-pot) add 1 1/2C water, chili mix and roast. Prepare until done or until roast is so tender it begins to fall apart (in Dutch oven 3 hours, in crockpot on low for 5 hours).
When done and while hot, use fork to shred beef, leaving the shredded meat in the pot until time to serve. Use slotted spoon to remove meat from liquid when placing into taco shells.
Add crunch with shredded cabbage, lettuce/spinach mix, shredded carrot. Top with chopped avocado, ranch dressing, sliced jalapenos, and shredded cheese. Sprinkle prepared taco with a small amount of dry chili mix.
